It's kind of a unique charm that no other FE game has. I do think Engage has a great balance of serious, comedic, and romantic/friendship supports, and I like the more intimate feel the cast of Engage has. Opinion, but while I agree the story is awful, I feel the Supports in this game are really good and the characters get to shine through them if you give them a chance. Splatoon 3s story seems to really be digging into the post-apocalyptic vibe, featuring an upside-down Eiffel Tower, a Mad Max-esque. As for 3H, I can acknowledge it's a great game, but for some reason it didn't click with me the way I wanted, and I REALLY wanted to like that game, but in the end it's the only FE game I couldn't bring myself to finish (I played Black Eagles to the end and then started Golden Deer and stopped halfway through, I just couldn't motivate myself to keep going). I really don't want to start this discussion on this thread since it's a positive one, but Engage was a game I had a really great time with, and I do have some personal reasons that contributed to me liking it so much. I just did the stuff I preferred for my playstyle. Somniel gives you lots to do but I don't think the intention is to do everything they throw at you.
